Et on commence avec l'interview de Bruno Durieux, Pdt du comité national des conseillers du commerce extérieur, que notre équipe est allé rencontrer...Il revient ici sur la conjoncture mondiale économique...
C'est au tour du nouveau gouvernement et notamment de la Ministre du commerce extérieur, Nicole Bricq, d'essayer de résorber le déficit commercial de la France, qui s'élevait fin 2011 à 70 milliards d'euros ! Lors de la 20ème conférence des Ambassadeurs fin aout, la Ministre qui se veut être celle de la performance commerciale, a évoqué 4 pistes à explorer : tout d'abord le partage des compétences internationales, la mobilisation des grands réseaux de distribution à l'étranger, travailler autour des fonds d'investissements mis en place par beaucoup de grandes entreprises, et enfin miser sur les grandes entreprises étrangères implantées en France ! En revanche, « Equipe de France de l'export » et « chasser en meute » sont des termes maintenant à bannir...Dorénavant préférez ceux de réseaux, clusters, filières et synergies !
Un rapprochement pourrait s'opérer entre PME françaises et italiennes ! et oui, jeudi 6 septembre, la ministre du Commerce extérieur Nicole Bricq a annoncé avec son homologue italien la création d'un « groupe de travail » qui aura pour mission de renforcer les relations entre PME...Trois secteurs seraient à développer entre les deux pays : l'aéronautique, l'énergie et le spatial...Résultats de ces travaux attendus fin décembre lors du 30ème sommet franco-italiens !
Et le rapprochement entre PME devrait également concerner les Français et les chinois ! 2 initiatives viennent en effet d'être lancées en Chine...La 1ère émane de Centuria Capital, le spécialiste de l'investissement pour le compte de fonds souverain et d'entreprises privées, et de la société de communication Vae Solis...ces deux entreprises viennent de créer France Emergents Entreprise (FEE), qui aura pour vocation d'accompagner l'implantation des PME/PMI françaises en Chine dans un premier temps... FEE se propose de constituer des équipes "grands groupes/PME" pour répondre aux appels d'offres en développant une logique de filière...on retrouve ici le portage international... La 2ème initiative émane de la caisse des dépôts français et de la China Development Bank...Ces deux institutions prévoient de développer les investissements croisés entre la France et la Chine...Elles devraient ainsi investir à parts égales dans un fonds de capital développement de 150 millions d'euros ! A noter tout de même que ce fonds devrait investir dans des entreprises avec un chiffre d'affaires compris entre 10 et 200 millions d'euros...vous avez dit PME ?
Toujours en Asie mais cette fois au Japon, des efforts vont devoir être fait si le pays ne veut pas que la France lui mette des bâtons dans les roues dans la signature d'accords de libre-échange avec l'UE ! La Ministre du commerce extérieur s'est ainsi interrogée sur l'intérêt pour le Japon de continuer d'interdire les exportations françaises de viande bovine alors que la crise de la vache folle est terminée depuis 2011...La Ministre leur reproche également, tout comme aux Etats-Unis d'ailleurs, d'être particulièrement fermés aux entreprises de l'UE en matière de marchés publics...En effet, selon la Commission Européenne, les Etats de l'UE ont ouvert 90% du volume de leurs marchés publics, contre seulement 32% pour les Etats-Unis, 28% pour le Japon et 16% pour le Canada ! Un déséquilibre qu'il serait temps de rétablir !
Du côté des bonnes nouvelles, on notera un bon premier semestre pour l'export français de vins et spiritueux ! Avec un chiffre d'affaires qui frôle les 5 milliards d'euros, la filière a amélioré de 14% son score par rapport au 1er semestre 2011 ! ...
